Where time slows down
Surrounded by ancient olive groves and the azure embrace of the sea, the villa harmonises with the landscape. Designed for those who seek absolute privacy and refined simplicity.
Neradou is situated on the west coast in the middle of the island of Paxos. The house is right on the sea, therefore easy to get to by a small tender onto the beach at Avlaki.
The House owns the peninsular with Avlaki beach on one side (one of the best on the island) and a lagoon on the other which is only accessible by the house.
The nearby villages of Loggos and Lakka are under ten minutes by car. Both have a good selection of tavernas and shops. Gaios in the south of the island is a 15 minute car drive.
Paxos boasts some of the bluest waters in Europe, you would be forgiven for dreaming that you were in the Caribbean. With its endless olive groves and warm waters, Paxos is the most glorious island year-round.
There is no airport on the island which has enabled Paxos to retain its simplicity and there is something very pure about the place.
Mass tourism has certainly not reached this idyllic spot, the tavernas are properly local but, due to the attraction of the island to the Italian visitor in recent years the standard of food is amazing for such a small place.
Enjoy delicious homemade pasta, glorious salads and scrumptious fresh fish in great surroundings.
Take a boat to visit the white sands of Anti Paxos for the day – book lunch on the beach there and leave your boat bobbing just a few metres away in the blue bay – there is no marina in Anti Paxos, just drop your anchor and swim ashore!
Those who visit Paxos go back and back.
Uncompromised Luxury
Neradou is not merely a place to stay, it is a way of being. Days unfold at your own rhythm, shaped by the sea, the light, and the timeless pace of the Greek islands.
